Need example of matching tuner network

Hi

I need example of matching tuner network which is used for adaptive matching when impedances or S parameters measure is performed.

To get variable caps and inductors, can use multiple capacitors and inductors switched by PIN diodes.

Thank you for answer. How can I do it using microstrip lines?

Printed inductors can be done relatively easy, but not with high inductance values.
This will limit your frequency range.
