I need your opinions about a subject. What should a person do to be a network systems, devices developer who has a background with power electronics, microcontrollers/dsps, basic electronics etc? That person has knowledge of computer programming but knows network subjects only as a user not as a developer.
What do you offer to that person? Can he switch to that way? Can it be easy or is it a painful way?
