need a simple led driver

i'm making a big digital clock and using led instead of large 7 seg display.......i used uln2003 as led driver but didnt worked suggest me some idea

Maybe it has something to do with current and voltage.

Please tell us: Supply voltage, display voltage, segment current

The spec's on the datasheet for the ULN3003 or ULN2003A will show you why it did not work.

Normally high current saturated switch is used for digits and current limited switches for each segment.

Show your work. Is it CA or CC?, common Anode or cathode

simulated uln2003a in proteus when it is in high impedance state also the light glows

Your schematic is wrong.
Pin 8 of a ULN2003A is the ground pin, not pin 9 which is COM.
