Hi,

I am looking for 2Gb NANDFlash to integrate with AT91SAM9263 ATMEL controller.

The NANDFlash which is used in SAM9263-EVK, it’s outdated.

Can you please suggest some NAND Flash part number from Micron / Samsung.
