i need an IC that contain MUX and DEMUX in a single chip....

Any analog mux will act as mux and demux.
U can use it for DIGITAL PURPOSE also.

There are many. For example, Analog Devices ADG508. Or if you are operating from a single supply, CD4051.

Maxim also have a lot of both analog as well as digital mux/demux ICs. Check out there site and u will find a lot .....
