Hello;
I want to have a frequency multiplier in the VHF/UHF band, that multiplies by 4 or 8 or 10 or .... Can anyone help me in designing it? Please introduce me any book/article/paper.
 

Have you noticed the search function on this page, where one could type in the word "multiplier"?
