WHAT IS THE THE MODEL OF THIS MULTI VOLTAGE MAIN POWER SUPPLY OF QUINTON 5000 ETT SYSTEM CONSOLE ?

It seems to be an oldish Quinton 5000 which has undergone frequent modifications , now we are having problem with circuit diagram of the main power supply board . The power supply board of console has six versions atleast which were 001 to 006 . I wish to understand which version was this as I seem to have block diagram of some other version .

Thanks

THE DETAILS OF THE POWER SUPPLY BOARD AS WELL AS ITS CONSOLE'S MAIN ATTACHMENTS , CABLE CONNECTIONS ETC OR OTHER INFORMATION WHICH CAN HELP US IN GETTING CORRECT CIRCUIT DIAGRAM OF ITS POWER SUPPLY BOARD OF ITS CONSOLE OF MACHINE ITSELF IS GIVEN BELOW :

a) CONSOLE QUINTON IS MARKED AS : 00232-003-1353 , 50/60 hz although also has some certification from ETL testing sticker bearing mark Q 101981210 Cortland.

b) TREADMILL IS MARKED AS : 0308-001-1333, Freq: 60 Hz, Fl: 12 AMP, QS 55, Phase I, Circuit conductor : 2 bearing ETL testing sticker marked Q0101981210

1) The QUINTON 500 CONSOLE BOARD circuit board has the following marking on it

I.D.P 7080033-4
ccA 94 VO
9110

It has the following power outlets :

P1 : Two pins in single row with its fitting cable bearing one wire going to what appears to be a capacitor and the other going to coil type/transformer type thing bearing markings as 17230-001 and E/I 3692 hither thither

P2: Nine pin in rows of three pins square , its fitting cable heads to Backplane PCB Assy, the later has J14 written on one side of entry socket and J32 on its other side.

P3: Six pin in two rows of three each , its fitting cable shall go to socket on Back plane PCB assembly , socket bears letter I on one side and letter l on the other side ,additionally word 015 is written on Backplane PCB Baord at this point . The Back plane PCB assy itself bears stricker 015135-006 Rev G . though its original marking imprinted was 016999-001

P4:Four Pins , in a single row , the cable bearing it is going to some position not visible perhaps the ECG recorder , Cable bears number 16523-3-E

P5:Three pin in a single row , its cable goes way up to terminal pug of type , point being marked 16483-1E , the board is of CRT driver revision 016357-001 Rm AY

P6: Six pin structure much different from P1-P5 above inbeing much smaller in single row and its Cable goes to Main console on/off switch .

THE CONSOLE HAS OTHER MARKING ON BOARDS SUCH AS

TOUCH SCREEN : BOARD Bearing number 9191-0081
CRT VIDEO DRIVE: 016144-002 Rev A PCB
FLOPPY DRIVE : SR: 723303, Assy 776852 REV G
ECG SIMULATOR: 017897-001 REV C, also bearing number 15151-44
OTHER TAGS MARKINGS ENGRAVING Bearing numbers 16305-003, 16304-002, lot Rev J

The Back plane circuit board has Eight sockets in vertical row for attachments on one side which bear above mentioned cables coming from PINS, they are going variously to ECG recorder , unknown destination bearing cable 016428-001, to touch screen, to upper ECG display screen and two interconnected by cable bearing sockets number 016403-001 . Two vertical rows are not plugged to any things . On the same side but at a distance of this Back plane Assy has four vertical sockets going via cables to to 232 socket ? and cable bearing number 17032-ReV 3 ,D , two vertical rows on this side are not connected to any circuits or cables .
