Looking for ideas for implementing a six channel PWM for DC motor control. I need to have independent duty cycle control over each channel. All six channels can be at the same frequency - somewhere in the 15-20 kHz range. At this frequency I'm leaning toward a hardware solution rather than trying to do a software PWM. Preferred controllers are PIC mainly because I have all of the development tools, etc. Cost is (always) a factor as this will be a product that will go into production.

TIA,
MotoDan

I would go for a 16-Bit PIC, e.g. PIC24F, that has suffcient hardware PWM channels.
