Ms with job experience

is it advisable to do an ms now in us

2 years of exp in RF industry and after tht 2 years of Masters is advisable in US..

After MS hoW IS job oppurtunity in with Exp...???

Or Apart from MS, total 4 years of exp is more valuable???

I'm confused.... Please need your suggestions
