You can download previous of microchip compilers from **broken link removed**

and current versions of XC Compilers from https://www.microchip.com/pagehandler/en_us/devtools/mplabxc/

MPLAB X is an IDE and not Compiler. You have to also download MPLABX IDE. Just google for MPLAB X IDE download.
