and how to initiate the pins on the microcontroller

You can use any combination of four GPIO pins. nCS, nRD and nWR are output only, DATA is bidirectional with dynamically changed data direction.

thanx for the reply. i would use any GPIO and initiate them yet i need more information on how to light matrix
