Can anyone say how can we identify the micro controller failure during running condition and what we do? any alternate solutions.

What kind of failure you are talking about a logical failure of your application or the physical damaged its not mentioned.

So if logical failure happens then you must take care each and every possible condition or error handling during your firmware writing and application design

For physical damaged or failure you have to replace the controller or the device you are using.
