I want to layout analysis a MMIC LNA designed by ED02AH library in ADS but i do not know the layers of the element of this library. my installed ADS version is 2009.

If you are using the latest version of the ADS PDK then this contains all that is needed to create the layout design.

The kits work seamlessly with ADS 2011, ADS 2009 Update 1 and prior ADS releases.
