Hi,

Sorry if this is not the right forum to ask.

In my board I have difficulty to route all the HDMI lines (3 data + 1 clock) in the same layer.

Assuming there is perfect length match between all the pairs, can I route the HDMI data lines in layer one, and the HDMI clock data line in another layer?

The board is very small. Hence, the total length of every line is maximum 32mm.

Thanks

Length matching will only work when the signals are on the same layer (or very slow). In all other cases you have to use Time Of Flight (TOF) as Marce already indicated.

I presume you are aware of the HDMI skew specification and know the length matching requirements.
