Hi every1,
I need help in drawing a via using HFSS.I have drawn a cylinder between ground plane and patch and subtracted it from substrate but i am not finding an option on how to assign a conductive material to the subtracted region.
THe option is provided before i subtract but not after subtracting.
Any1 plz help me out with this.

Hi subhan,

When subtracting, check the "Clone tool objects before operation" box at the bottom of the pop-up window. This will keep the via object and allow you to assign a metal to it.
