Hi
I have used a signal pad in my chip to support a current of around 6-7 mA. Will this pad support it or I need to use a dc pad for that.

These details you can see the pad related documents. How much current pad can carry.

You should consider the electromigration of the routing metals. Follow the current path and make sure the metal has enough width to support that current for the particular temperature limits you have in spec. If the signal go down one level of metal make sure you have enough vias to support the current also. All this information should be on your process documentation.
