i work in boost converter with 130nm technology
i need to use 5V with mosfet 3.3V
and current above 1 A

The 3.3V mosfet isn't appropriate for its 5V input voltage. Seems there is a voltage breakdown of the bulk-drain junction.

You will need a 5V mosfet in this application. Or perhaps you can limit the bulk-drain voltage to max. 3.3V by design provisions.
