I am working in Analog circuit designing (beginner-2 year exp).I getting opening in analog layout design also.
I don't know anything in anlaog layout design.Only, i know PCB designing.

Is anlaog layout design is better than analog circuit designing?

Circuit design is broader than layout design. As a
layout designer, you will be given a circuit designer's
schematic based work to implement. You will be
expected to "do the right thing" re matching and
other analog concerns with your hands somewhat
tied (no changing values or topology, just how things
are arranged to best effect).

The main difference as I see it is, circuit design will
require you to be inventive on demand while layout
design is more about craftsmanship (which you will
also have to develop, but more abstract design (like
circuit design) to me is more of a "you got it, or you
don't" set of mental / personality attributes - not
everyone can execute, and not everyone can handle
the pressure and the inevitable failures large or small
that come from going where noone has gone before
(though many of us persevere at me-too product
designs).
