More information is definitely needed for providing best advice. Generally, I would try to:
1. Keep the output connection as close/straight to the output from the PCB as possible
2. Bring the feedback connection from the output connection pad (not 1cm or 2cm away from the output pad trace connection) back to the input, keeping as much distance and in as straight a route as possible to the amplifier feedback input point.
3. Keep the feedback connection at least 5mm (or better) away from any other traces (if you can) and minimize layer changes/vias along its route.
