Brushed DC micro motors with a nominal power of e.g 0.5 W can run at a small percentage of this power, e.g. 10 mW. Brushless DC and AC motors have lower friction and can potentially run at lower power.
The question is however, what do you want to drive with this low power? Mechanical power is respectively small.
