Mosfet power dissipation

I want to know which mosfet is good in term of power dissipation from data sheet.

I want to use STP80NF03L or STP95N3LL in 12volt dc to AC inverter .

From data sheet first first have power dissipation is 300w and second have 75w.RDS on almost same about 4mohm.

Which will be good ?

Use MosFET with smaller internal resistance, that will lower dissipation and losses.

both mosfet have same rds on as 4 miliohm,Vds is 30 volt and Id 80 amp but power dissipation in datasheet is different. STP80NF03 have300w and 2nd have only 75w.

So pls tell me which will be better.

Could it be that the package is different and one conducts the heat away from the junction better.
