I need a current mirror circuit ( i want do in TANNER EDA tool)

The current mirror I needed ,something like modified versions of wilson current mirror, modified verion of simple current mirror. But dont go for complex circuit.

Is there any specific reason that you do not want to go with the available design?

In simple cases,
Decide how much current you need, then use the MOSFET equations to achieve that current, tune the width a little bit and you will get it. I prefer to build one Wilson (or mod Wilson), then do some trial and errors. Usually, it is easier that way for me.
