MOS should be saturation in transient

Can anyone tell

whether all mos should be sturation in analog circuit while analyzing in transient response?

could you please describe a little more about your circuit? Anyway if all MOS is in saturation, you will get the steady state response only, can't it be the transient.

Transient response we cant see operating point.Dc response only we see MOS operating points,So In DC anlysis its taking for steady state values.
