What is important information in MOS operating point below?

What does betaeff stand for? How to use it?
How to get delta ie vdsat?
What capacitances are important?

I know about id, gm, gds, region , vgs , vds, vth etc.,

When you consider noise coupling and transient speed, you need to check the capacitors.

Check if vds >= vdsat for operating in saturation.

betaeff basically describes the product of mobility, Cox and aspect ratio of the mos device. so you'll see that betaeff of an nmos is 2-3 times larger than an identically sized pmos.
