Missing PLL PROM for maritime vhf SHIPMATE RS8000 - 256x4bit PROM HM7611

Hi

I am repairing an old SHIPMATE RS8000 maritime VHF radio. The problem has been tracked down to be within the PROMs controlling the state of the phaselocked-loop. This circuit is using the old HARRIS HM7611 PROM and I need to find a replacement or old stock.
