I have two questions?
1. I have to measure voltage level from 0v - 12.5mV which makes 48.8 µV/bit. can ADC0804 measure these low voltages and if yes then how low it can measure?
2. Same question is for LM358 Op-Amp. I know as comparator it can not detect difference less than 2mV. but if i m going to Amplify a voltage then how low voltage it can amplify.
