This project of a mini-compressor was designed for everyone who uses compressed air at home. Pictures show how to connect the elements.

Pay attention when you seal the connections, because it is difficult to seal surfaces such as teflon, you need to use tow and sealing paste and remember to scrape off thread a little. It is also not easy to fit the thread to the gas cylinder. In this project reduction 3/8” to 1/2” was used.

The compressor switches off at 6 bars and on at 3,6 bars.

Elements used:
  • 4 tees
  • 2 nipples
  • 2 meters of polyurethane tube 6/4
  • pressure switch
  • oil separator filter
  • fuel filter
  • return valve
  • 6 quick couplers
  • pressure reducer with manometer
  • manometer
  • 2kg gas cylinder
  • aluminum profiles
  • fridge unit
  • 4 rubber bumpers
  • clamp for the expansion vessel
  • reduction 1/2” to 1/4”
