mindelay and maxdelay in .ctstch file

Hi All,

What happens if we do not give min delay value in .ctsctch file..

I know that if we don't give maxdelay in .ctstch file tool will insert as many buffers as it needed in the clock path resulting in any amount of insertion delay in the clock path during CTS stage....

So what importance does mindelay have in .ctstch file.....

Help me with this..
