Can anyone tell me if there are any companies that can add a MiM cap to my partially processed wafers? My process lacks a good linear cap but I can process them to metal 1 or metal 2, then transfer the planarized wafers to a company that has a MIM cap process to either just add the MiM cap or MiM cap and top metal. Does such a company/foundry exist? I have found custom foundries but none that have MiM cap capability.
