microphone with automatic gain controller (AGC)

please i need to make a circuit of a microphone with an automatic gain control to be then entered to a pic so if u can send me the schematic of the circuit

Almost any opamp can be used in the attached circuit, especially, when the output is to be fed to a microcontroller ..
LM2904, LM358 ..
