hi all i got an old pcb an old pcb saw an qfp packaged ic named MH6111.. does any one have idea regarding ic... please do share ur knowledge because i couldnt find any datasheet....
 

MH6111 is a Mitsubishi IC, possibly based on a Toshiba design. Its based on the HD6301 but adds more RAM and a bunch of extra timer functions. I have documented some of the information here:

I have identfied a number of the higher order timer functions but haven't updated the documentation yet.
