Metamaterial substrate fabrication

I want to fabricate a meta-material substrate for my project. I'm working for first time in microwave engineering. So please tell me how to fabricate substrates ??

I doubt that you have the skills to fabricate metamaterial. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metamaterial

But it can be quite easily simulated.

Yes I am learning to simulate it. Im interested to know how substrates are fabricated in real time.
