I search after information and sites of different kind of memories​

Software cann't store any information. Information is stored in memories (that are physical devices). Memory can be electronics or magnetic. Hard disc contains magnetic memory. Magnetic memory is made of magnetic material while electronic memories are made up of transistors.There are lot of variety of electronics memories like DRAM,SRAM,ROM,PROM,EPROM,EEPROM,etc.
