sensing mains voltage

Hello all,

I need to measure main voltage (110V / 220V) but I can't use a voltage divider (with resistors) because of an isolation requeriment.

Which voltage sensor should I use? Any suggestions?

I know LEM have some, but they are too expensive.

Thank you!

A small transformer (print transformers are available starting from 0.3 VA) is the most economic AC voltage isolation solution.
