measure the waveform value at particular instant of time in hspice

Hi,
i have done the transient analysis of some circuit and i want to measure the output voltage waveform value at some instant of time. how to write .measure command for it. Please respond

thank you for the response professor, i want to measure voltage value. shall i write

".measure v(vout) AT= 2n " ?
