Meaning of 19.2 bit noise free resolution in ADC

Hey,

I was just going through the data sheet of an ADC called ADS1232 by TI. The ADC is 24 bits. Was wondering what does '19.2-Bit Noise-Free Resolution' mean. What does 19.2 stands for.
