Hi I'm a person with Chemistry-Physics BSc. Degree
If I want To be pro programmer to work in computer related jobs ,
what's better to study MCSD (Microsoft certified system devoloper ) OR a Diploma in computer science (4 Semesters (2 Years))

Go for the one which gets you job...i mean sometime u do MCSD and still dont get job. Try to analyse market trends in your area and then go further.
But if you have time and want make full time career in CS , CS degree is the better option.

You may also opt for some related field like SAP, DBA etc... some of these are easier to switch.

For eg. if you do a course in SAP and then try fr some pharma/chemical company as a SAP analyst/programmer, chances are good.

Good Luck !!
bye
