I see freescale and I don't find anything about X.25 Protocol controller.
this company make it and I need make a X.25 to TCP/IP converter .

enter MC68605 under Enter Part Number it should take you to a list of components where you can select the one you are interested in.
it is an old device so the datasheet may not be online.
These days Freescale probably expect you to use QUICC
Freescale's QUICC Engine Technology

yes this is a old IC (I see this page), what should I do? I can't find any chip that QUICC replace MC68605.
I can't find any microcontroller in freescale.
