MAX3232 circuit problem

i don't know your USB scope specification so i cant suggest whether you should go or not ?
I checked many times on my DSO?but you can check for voltage change after loop back your signal

which mcu board you will use with this adapter board?
 

USB scope doesn't support +/- 13v. I will be using MSP430 board with this.
