Hi,

I was to use this ADC, MAX1270, and from datasheet I see that he has some internal signal conditioning circuits. Since I had used until now, every ADC with external op amp based buffer and anti-aliasing filter, I am interested if can use this ADC without this external components.
I think should work but maybe someone has another thought.

Thank you.

Hi,

nobody knows what you need.
for sure you may use gain settings, but how can we know if
* offset voltage
* input range
* speed
* noise
* input impedance
....
satisfies your needs.

****
anti-aliasing filter:
Is not built in, therefore you still need it externally.

Datasheet clearely says:
To avoid high-frequency signals being aliased into the
frequency band of interest, anti-aliasing filtering is recommended.
