Matching problem in a New LCD ( T6963) & an Old LCD ( sanyo LC7981)?

I have an old Graphic LCD that is used in an old machine. it’s resolution is 128 x 240. Because I do not find a market for this LCD . I Bought a T6963c a graphical LCD . But when i want to replace it with old Graphic LCD a problem was encounter ed...
Pinout’s of the two LCD ( OLD & NEW LCD) together do not match.
i hope you can help with tips…
