I have designed a low frequency filter upto 500Hz. Do this low frequency require network matching? Or while testing the chip will it work without network matching directly.
A simple passive filter (example, resistor & capacitor) needs a certain minimum level of current to drive it. If it loads the incoming signal then it won't yield your desired frequency response. In that sense you must observe impedance matching. You need to design your filter so it cooperates with neighboring circuitry.
