I want to design a LNA NE3508Mo4 from NEC.Can somebody help me in matching circuit design?

lectures on design of lna

frist of all , what is the frequency band u want this amp to work in
and what is ur target noise figure ?

khouly

lecture notes, tomlee

Noise Figure:0.7dB,Frequency 1.9GHz.
Please send some application note on matching circuit design.
thanks

1) check gonzales book chapter 2 for matching circuits
2) and also check gonzalez book chapter 3 about amplifier design

**broken link removed**
check amplifier tutorial

and check application notes on www.avagotech.com about the same frequency band amplifiers

lna design

I want to design a LNA too
but i want to design it by CMOS

lna design book

good
check this link about LNA design
**broken link removed**

and check lecture notes about RFIC design , and ravazi's book , and tom lee

plezzzzzzzzz, where can i get gonzalez 's book

LNA design

I want to test my LNA, but I don't know how to test it on board.
Can anybody give me some advice?

Re: LNA design

about the gonzalez book it is posted here before , search and u will find it

about how to test ur LNA ?

1) implement it in PCB
2) put to board mount connectors "in , out" SMA is good
3) use the VNA "vector network analyzer " to get S21 , S11 , S22 , S12
4) use RF generator is sweep the power , and get the 1dB compression point
5) use the VNA and the noise source to measure the NF

check www.anritsu.com , and www.agilent.com for application notes about RF measurements
