can anyone please tell me a physical explanation of the magnetic vector potential A vector.
it is not only a mathematical tool I think ,
it has a meaning .
tell me any suggestion you think,
thanks

as i know it has no physical meaning it has only mathmetical meaning.

Magnetic vector potential describes the "surface current radiation". It is a vector as it follows the direction of the current at any point in space.

In any metal structure, the scattering field is due to
a) electric vector potential(caused by surface free charge radiation) and
b) magnetic vector potential (caused by surface current radiation )

A good physical meaning of Vector potenital
