Macromodel of a transistor and Amplifier(MOSFET)

hi, i am unable to find the AC macromodel for a MOSFET and an amplifier.This is my first post on EDA please help me.
a) Draw the AC Marcomodel for the Transistor and The Amp
b) Create a high level block for the Macromodel
c) Using the parameter obtained above, simulate the AC macromodel

These are the questions that are exactly asked for.

I did search but nothing of the sort that i was expecting.And many IEEE papers but the thing is that i am not a member.
