M1_N vs NTAP and M1_P vs PTAP

I feel like M1_N and NTAP is basically the same if M1 of M1_N is connected to Vdd.

same way, M1_P is same as PTAP.

Am I right? why need to differential them?
 

m1_n to m1_p to place the source contacts.
The ntap and ptap instances provide substrate contacts for the design.

if I need to draw them myself, the structure wise, they are the same, consisting of metal1, contact, and n or p implant & active. Right?
