M-tech fresher seeking for VLSI jobs

I am an M-tech fresher in VLSI technology with good experience in Full custom analog ASIC design using CADENCE tool, also in Verilog HDL. can anyone suggest me how to get a VLSI job, specially in IC design Engineering field as a fresher?
