Hi,
I have a problem when running assura lvs. the schematic and the layout match but an error layer window pop up saying : SX_StampErrorFloat.
How can I fix this problem.

I don't thing so because I have my ring contact for the nwell and pwell.
Have you used cmrf8sf technology from IBM before?

you are better off asking the foundry/fab provider because you may be leaving out some details that you can't reveal on a public forum.
