How can I transform the value of an inductor or a capacitor in a microstripline?

there are two simple formulae which u can use to get the equivalent inductance or capacitance value in microstrip line; u can find them in any Microwave engineering book (in Pozar I think u can find them)
and of course the width of the corresponding inductive line has to be very slim, & the opposite is true for the capacitive one

if any problem arises, tell me !
