Hi,

I want to do the analog to digital converter(adc) with current signal that I have.

The current signal is 2MHz sine wave signal with maximum amplitude 3 Vp-p.

So, to do the adc, i'm planning to use RMS-to-dc converter. Im searched in element14 website and the largest bandwidth that available for RMS-to-dc converter ic is 15MHz.

Based on the datasheet, i dont think that it works with my operating frequency at 2MHz.
This based on the graph of the input signal bandwith page 5.

But, im not sure whether this is the only graph that I can refer to know whether it can works with my input signal.

Please help.TQ.
